Research Project
Development and application of analytical procedures - I participate in a variety of studies with advice and technical expertise in anaytical procedures. This includes research into the best and most appropriate procedures and their adaptation to our specific needs and the actual analyses. The assay methods are primarily chromatographic, with a strong emphasis on HPLC. Past and current assays include amino acids, inositol, aminoglycosides, glutathione, and adenine nucleotides.
In 2003, John retired from our lab.
